Change of Mind Policy
So you've changed your mind?
Step 1: Fill out this form within 45 days of purchasing
Step 2: Choose whether you wish to receive a refund, store credit or exchange.
Step 3: Wait for us to get back to you with instructions for returning your item
Once you have received the instructions, the following will happen
In the event of a refund:
1: You will post or return the item(s) to the designated address
2: We will assess the item(s) returned
3: If approved, we will provide you with a refund
Please note, that we will require a restocking fee of 20% which will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of a store credit:
 
1: You will post or return the item(s) to the designated address
2: We will assess the item(s) returned
3: If approved, we will provide you with a store credit
In the event of an exchange:
1: You will post or return the item(s) to the designated address
2: We will assess the item(s) returned
3: If approved, we will exchange the item(s) and ship/provide the alternate products to you.
Change of Mind Policy Terms and Conditions
- Item(s) must be in original, re-saleable condition with all packaging
- Shoes that have been worn outside or marked, will not be elligible
- Any item that has been damaged, will not be elligible
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Promotional gifts and free items are not elligible
- Gift cards and vouchers are not elligible
- Any worn swimwear is not elligible
Please note that these terms are specific to our Change of Mind Policy and do not supersede or impede your rights under Australian Consumer Law or Manufacturer's Guarantees and Warranties.
